The real answer is however much you want! Feel good from just a sip? Go for it. Prefer pouring a whole bottle in your wine glass with dinner? We should be friends.
To see the most benefit, I suggest regular, daily consumption. Something along the lines of 5 ounces with a large meal and perhaps just a shot (1 ounce) with smaller meals. Although it is totally safe to consume in MUCH larger quantities. (Just ask my kids!) However, a little goes a long way, a few ounces with a meal will give you all the benefits of a healthy dose of probiotics.
Please keep in mind that if you haven’t been consuming probiotics regularly, you may get a grumbly tummy, but continue drinking the same amount and roll with it for about a week. It is just a chemical reaction from the toxins the bad bacteria release when they die off - it should sort itself out (literally) in a few days.
